3 Wheel Scooters have a better turning radius for inside the home or small spaces like stores or boutiques. 3 Wheel Scooters are a bit lighter for easier lifting and moving. 4 Wheel are considered more stable for rough or uneven terrain. 4 Wheels have a little less foot room for taller customers because of the wheelwell for both front tires.

3 Wheel scooters are very safe and stable. With that said, a 3 Wheel is not AS stable as a 4 Wheel option and if balance or needing to push off the machine is a factor then a 4 Wheel would be a better fit.
