How do I know if the Cane is the right fit for me?
You can always call and talk to a professional to size up the right mobility device for you. A staff member would be happy to discuss what you're looking to do with the cane to make sure you have the right mobility device for not only your height and weight but also your usage.
What is the weight limit for Canes?
Our Cane Options vary from 300lbs up to 350lbs so your weight should be under the limit for that particular mobility device. Additionally, you should pay attention to height requirements so you aren't scunched on a mobility device just becuase you're under the weight limit.
Do you deliver Canes?
Yes we do! We will deliver anywhere in the state of Colorado. Our delivery charges are based on mileage. If you are outside the Denver Metro Area we will gladly get you an exact quote.
Do you build or assemble the Cane for me?
Yes, we certainly can! Charges may apply but we are happy to assemble, build and/or service anything we sell.
Does Insurance cover Canes?
Your insurance MAY cover your Cane but Mobility Plus will not bill insurance. That is a question for your insurance company and your policy. Typically, people purchase the mobility device privately from us and then apply for reimbursement from insurance but you should connect with your insurance company first before purchasing.
Can I pay cash for a Cane?
Yes absolutely.
Can I travel with a Cane?
Absolutely. Many of our Canes fold down for easy storage.
Do you have All Terrain Canes?
Yes we do! We have a wide selection of options that are considered All Terrain depending on how big and far you want to go offering more stability and support.
Can I buy a Cane online?
We are working towards this now! Currently you can rent online but you can not purchase. We are working to get our products online for purchases!
Can I just show up and take home a Cane?
You certainly can! We offer cash and carry canes so come on by! No appointment necessary.
Can I buy a Cane over the phone?
Yes you may! If you'd like to talk to a live person, a team member would be happy to discuss and schedule deliveries or in-store pickups with you.
Do you offer same day delivery for Cane purchases?
We do offer same day delivery in most cases. In the unique case that we can not we will work to find a solution for you.
