Horizontally scored articulation cuts along the bottom layer allow the mattress to adjust smoothly with an adjustable bed frame while helping preserve its durability and service life.

High-density foam perimeters provide firm edge support for greater stability during transfers. A removable, fluid-resistant stretch cover helps protect the mattress while reducing friction and managing moisture around the skin. The Gravity 7 is available in multiple lengths, with or without raised side rails.
