Where Is Handicap Seating Available at Ball Arena?

There is accessible seating available on all levels of the arena. Accessible routes ensure that ADA seating in the arena is connected with the entrances, restrooms, concessions, and other areas of the arena. Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) means people with disabilities must be able to access the facility, as it is a business that is open to the public

Accessible Seats

Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena with great views of the court and the Nuggets bench. The 200 section is especially popular because it includes the Club Level, bleacher seats, and wait service.

Please note that Ball Arena doesn't offer standing seats or general admission, meaning that all seats are ticketed. Be sure to select an accessible seat when purchasing your ticket.

There are also 103 standard ADA parking spaces and seven spaces accessible for vans in the Camry North Lot.

Mobility Device Rental for Events in Denver, Colorado

Some guests may benefit from mobility device rental to feel comfortable at the event or to use during their time in Denver. Ball Arena doesn't rent mobility devices or wheelchairs to be used as a seat. Whether you're from Denver or a traveling fan, we can deliver rental mobility devices anywhere in the city including your accommodation or just outside the arena.

Other Accessibility Services at Ball Arena

There are several other accessibility services available for visitors with a range of different needs:

Wheelchair Escort Service

Guests with mobility challenges can take advantage of the complimentary wheelchair escort service provided by the arena. A representative will take you in a wheelchair to your seat and return at the end of the event to escort you out of the arena. Be aware that this service is only suitable for guests who can sit in the regular seats, as the wheelchair can't be left to use as seating.

It is also important to note that your representative can't enter the Ball Arena parking lot. You will need to make your way to the curb so somebody can meet you there.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices and devices to receive closed captions are available at the Guest Relations Kiosk located in the Grand Atrium.

Ball Arena Captioning Boards

Captioning boards during Nuggets, Avalanche, or Mammoth games are positioned below Sections 210, 222, 240, and 252 in the venue for the best possible view. Closed captioning is also available for concerts and special events when requested at least 72 business hours before the event.

Sign Language Interpreting

Sign language interpreting services for deaf guests and those who are hard of hearing are available when requested 72 business hours in advance of the event.

Sensory Bags

Sensory bags can go a long way to making some guests' experience at the arena more comfortable and enjoyable. Big events can be overwhelming. That's why guests can request a sensory bag containing fidget toys, noise-canceling headphones, and other tools.

Furthermore, there are three designated quiet areas within the arena. These are located in the elevator lobbies in Sections 120, 228, and 340.

Service Dogs

Service dogs are welcome at Ball Arena for guests with disabilities. If you bring a service dog, it must be kept on a harness or leash at all times and must rest in your seating area, leaving the aisle clear.

Though service animals will be welcomed, dogs that pose a threat to other guests, display aggressive behavior, or aren't house-trained may be asked to leave. No other animals will be permitted in the arena.

If your service animal needs to relieve itself, proceed to the Grand Atrium for directions.
